Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data held with it at any time.

How to ask

Email mcdee.rjpt@gmail.com from the address on your account, or send the request from the phone number you signed in with, saying that you want your account deleted. We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can close your account.

What we delete

Your name, email address and phone number

Your saved delivery addresses

Your sign-in credentials — you will no longer be able to sign in

Any loyalty balance or store credit, which is forfeited and cannot be restored

What we keep, and why

We keep a record of orders you have already placed, including the amount, the tax charged and the delivery address used. Indian tax law requires a seller to retain invoices, so these cannot be removed on request. They are no longer linked to a usable account, and we do not use them to contact you.

How long it takes

We action deletion requests within [30] days and will confirm by email once it is done.
